Completion of adding brokerage accounts

Two checking accounts and a charge account from my bank downloaded into the mint.com program, but the brokerage accounts at the same bank do not, instead I get the message: "We're having issues right now. Trying again later should do the trick!" The ID and PW for the accounts at this national bank are the same, but will not get the brokerage accounts downloaded.
