Any way of getting a more specified text or email alert?

I have a CC that I rarely use, so I'd love to use the txt or email alert when any balance hits it (usually an old annual payment that I never moved over to a new CC card). Unfortunately, there's no way to separate notifications by accounts, just overall alerts, so there's no way to get an alert that XYZ Credit Card now has a balance. Any help?
