I'd like to be able to set 'exclude reimbursables' as a default on all the displays, including budget summary as well as the pie-chart on the trends page.

It would be good to have a profile that you can establish were you define certain defaults such as:
1. City/location for comparisons
2. tags to use
3. catagories that you wish to include/exclude
