I am a member of Truliant Federal Credit Union and have successfully added all of my accounts to Mint without much difficulty. However, I'm having a major problem with my checking account. My total balance shows up in Mint but none of the transactions are there. If I click on my checking account to see my transaction detail I get a message that says "Your search for [search terms] did not match any transactions." This is a big problem because it messes up all of the graphs, trends, and budget information since the transactions from my checking account aren't included in them.
One thing I saw that may help in figuring out this problem: When I log into my account on www.truliantfcu.org and go to the page where I can view my account balances, I see a line for "Basic Checking" and a sub-line for "Pay Your Bills" (a feature that allows you to quickly pay bills from their website). When you add your checking account to Mint, though, the only option is "Basic Checking Pay Your Bills". It seems like Mint isn't getting my actual checking account but the balance in that "Pay Your Bills" feature, instead.
Please help with this. I really love the looks of Mint but it is completely and utterly useless without my checking account information.
Thanks,
Tom
