Updating Accounts

My accounts don't seem to be updating themselves once a day like they used to. I think started about 3 or 4 days ago. It just clicked today that I've been logging on to Mint and seeing that no information has been updated (when I know I spent money and had bills go through) and when I go to my accounts page it says that my account was updated 1 or 2 days ago so I have to "update now" all of them.

I signed in on both Mac Firefox 2.0.0.6 and Windows XP Internet Explorer 6, to see if the browser made a difference, but it didn't.

Yes it is. I just logged in this morning (haven't logged in at all during the week) and it said all of my account were updated 3 days ago.

Same thing's happening to me.

I also experience the same problem with updates not happening for ING and Washington Mutual accounts (checking & savings). Not having the updates makes it difficult to "trust" the balances in my Mint "dashboard." Guess I should also add some credit card accounts to see if the update issue happens there too.

Ditto. I've been having to update them manually.

I would manually update the accounts for now. I *believe* that it is supposed to happen after login, but something may have changed recently (or I could be dead wrong; my experiences were with our original beta product).

Another issue I will mention! Thank you all for your feedback...sorry for the delay in responding to some of these issues.
