Using my single online banking account for Bank of America I can see a checking account but never my loans...
To that end Mint also seems to have trouble with Bank of America logins as a whole as I have to try a few times to get Mint to connect but only have problems with this account.
Ideas?

With wells fargo I had to add wells fargo checking, mortgage, home equity and credit cards separately. Even though they were on the exact same account. I used the exact same username/password combo because it is a single account on wells fargo. When I selected WF from the mint account menu, it gave me all the options for types of accounts. Does it have the same thing for BOA?

I too am having the same problem, but there doesn't appear to be an option for the loans (at least not for Washington and Idaho). The closest option is "Bank of America - Loans (Except WA & ID)" which obviously don't work for me.

I have no problem with my BofA Checking or Savings accounts; or my BofA credit cards.
Like you, however, my BofA Loans fail to be detected by mint.com. The errors return during the authentication phase, but as the other BofA accounts are being updated, I'm assuming mint.com isn't detecting the loans correctly.
I too am having the same problem. My checking account shows up without any problem but the mortgage (which I get to with the same login) does not show. I've tried doing a seperate "Add a Loan" using the same login information and Mint cannot find the loan. C'est la vie.

Same issue here. Maybe a security question before passcode input is a problem for mint.
