How long does it take Mint to respond?

I am eager to start using Mint, but I'm having trouble with my bank's security questions. I contacted Mint two weeks ago, and haven't gotten anything but an automated response.
Are other people seeing their issues resolved faster than this?

When I use the forms they usually send me a standard answer, which when responded to, (after about a week all together), gets me through to a person. Some issues can take a couple of weeks. If you don't hear back, reply to the response e-mails.

To contact Mint Customer Service, submit an email via the form at the bottom of: https://wwws.mint.com/contact.event

Our forums are great place to look for solutions, announcements and submit suggestions but submitting via the form to Customer Service is our conduit for support. We're experiencing higher than normal volume and our current response time, as of 6pm PDT 10/24/08 is 51 hours.

I have submitted three request over the last week and have not heard anything back yet. So to answer your question, no, we are not getting any support either.

Mint tends to be slow. When I've put in bug problems or suggestion into the Mint site, I've not had any responses other then form letters. Once in awhile Mint seems to monitor the forum but it seems to be very rare and there does not seem to be an active moderator for the forum from Mint.

I got an email back pretty quick but, 3 months later, my bank still doesn't work.
