Student Loan acct. Through Citi not loading

I've got student loans through citibank, but they aren't loading in the accounts. I went to the general "citibank.com" site and my password does not work their either. The url I use to check my loan statements is "studentloan.citibank.com"
Can you add that one.

Also, I have some stocks with Wachovia, and that acct is not loading either. Sometimes it gets through the contact and entering password steps but then stalls stating that the Wachovia server might be taking too long (but I get on at Wachovia.com just fine.)

We're currently only supporting credit card & bank accounts. We're looking to see if we can support other account types.

I'm under 18, the age limit of all my local colleges to be able to have a loan. Therefore I am restricted to only taking 1 class at a time till I turn 18. Is it possible to get scholarships or grants for just one class? I am a 4.0 student, and will have to have a 30 ACT to get in at all. I do not however have the finances to pay for college myself, so I will depend on grants and scholarships. Can I still get scholarship or grant if I'm only a part-time student?
