College Foundation of North Carolina

I am trying to add my college loans (that are consolidated) with College Foundation of North Carolina. I can log onto www.cfnc.org just fine. When attempting to have Mint.com do the same this is the message I get, "Your accounts here seem to be closed. Click okay to try and resolve." However, there is no "okay" button available, only a "cancel" button is shown.

This doesn't work for me either. There are two results that pop up, one under "Investments" as "College Foundation of North Carolina" and one under "Loans" as "College Foundation of North Carolina - Loan". When I try my login information with the first one, I get the error that says "account has been closed". When I try my login info with the second one, I get the "incorrect username/password" error. My login info works just fine on cfnc.org.

Please fix this!

Same thing is happening to me. MINT PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!

I decided to test my cfnc account on mint again, re-entered my login credentials and to my surprise it worked! Pulled in all of the loans! Thanks mint!

Did you do anything special to get this to work? I can pull in information from the College Foundation, but all my balances show as 0.00.

Mine pulls in my 529 plan for my son but none of my loans. This thing still isn't working correctly.
