Since the site upgrade, I now have transaction details on my Sharebuilder investment. That's great and all, but something seems off. When I transfer funds from my ING account, it shows as a negative deduction ..as well it should. Then when it gets to the other end, it should show as a positive deposit, should it not?
But it's showing negative on both ends and, instead of balancing out.
For example, it should work like: -$1000 transfer + 1000 receive = 0 difference. It's just a transfer and shouldn't result in a net change.
But what it's currently doing is: -$1000 transfer -1000 receive = -2000 difference. The final balance is still correct, and that's good. But this transaction stuff is just not right.
The ShareBuilder transactions are showing nothing but negative entries, even for deposits. It seems to me like a deposit should be a positive number.
