Hi, my Citi credit cards (www.citicards.com) aren't working in Mint anymore. It gives an error message. Any idea what the problem is?

My Citi card also isn't updating and hasn't for three days. I was able to log onto the Citi card website however.

What is the best way to report this problem to Mint.com? http://forums.mint.com/images/smilies/frown.gif

Same here..any idea when this will be resolved? I know Citi was going to do some maintenance, maybe that had something to do with it.

It won't let me add my citi card account either. Please Advise.

same here. Last update was 2 days ago. No luck now through Mint, though I can login directly at citicards.com and see all my transactions just fine.

Don't know if Citi changed something with their site?

Yes, it is now fixed for me, as well.

Think again! It's not giving the error message anymore, but now it just hasn't downloaded any transactions (for me) since 9/30, of which I have several...what's going on, Mint?

I have a completely new format now with some nice enhancements to the user interface. If you do splits or other edits it is much easier to move around. All my Citi data is current as of October 5 which is about right.

The New York Times had a mention of Mint.com in their business section and suggested it was the most accurate, automatic and dependable of this type of financial site. I see these enhancements as a plus!

I use a Mac so maybe windows is another story.

I take it back--it seems to be working now. Thanks Mint!

Mine is still not working. I noticed on the Accounts tab I no long have an item for www.citicards.com. It seems to have been changed to www.citibank.com.

Did this happen to anyone else?

Mine is working now, but was failing.

By the by, Citibank has just finished some site updates to citibank.com that could have caused the problems. Personally the citibank redesign screwed up my linked accounts on citibank.com, something that took several calls with them to figure out. I might suggest that you look at citibank.com to make sure all your accounts are still linked.

Any news on this problem? I haven't be able to update my CitiCards account for 3 weeks now... I loved Mint but if this doesn't get solved in a few days I will have to close the account

If you are getting the error "account not found" your temporarily in a tough spot. Most of these cases are because the login credentials at Citibank have been updated, but mint has not. Because of a bug with in mint, we are not currently allowing you to update the credentials that mint is using to access the account. This bug will be fixed on this coming Monday night. Please post back if that does not address your issue.

I am still getting very strange behavior on my Citicards accounts. I have two credit cards with them. One is downloading fine, the other hasn't downloaded since Oct. 2. I just tried removing the accounts and readding them, and it didn't help. The behavior is the same, except now the broken account has no transactions at all, even the ones it successfully downloaded before Oct. 2.

This is a deal-breaker for me; if this doesn't work, I'm going to have to stop using Mint.

Thanks,
Scott

 Not working for me.

But, this isn't new -- somehow Mint isn't able to find my Citibank IRA either, despite the fact that it, my citibank card, and my Citibank checking and savings are all linked and all use the same password, and Mint has no trouble accessing my checking and savings.

I'm still able to use Mint for my daily expenses, but this is a LOT less helpful to me than I hoped it would be, and I've really had to downgrade my expectations for Mint.

What is the status of fixing this problem? It has bee 4 weeks since my last successful update.
