VW Loan Account - $0 amount displayed

I'm a relatively new user and while I saw there was a closed VW Credit thread my issue isn't exactly the same - Mint.com accepts my login for VW Credit, but does not display the amount owing or a payoff amount. All I get is $0 and that this account has been updated each time I log in. Is there a way to fix this or is this an in-process issue? Any suggestions that I may have missed?
