About every couple of weeks I get an error on my USAA account saying "Wrong Username or Password" even though I didn't change anything on either mint.com or on usaa.com. I then have to go in a re-enter the same information I've already entered, and then it works.

This has happened to be both times I logged in to my account today.

Anybody else having this same problem?

I have the same problem, except it is more frequent, every 3-4 days. It's pretty annoying to have to re-enter all my USAA accounts every couple days.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Just got off the phone with USAA unlocking my account. The gal from customer service said they prompt with a security question every 20-30 logons.

She asked if I couldn't answer the security question yesterday (Friday). I hadn't accessed USAA.com nor Mint yesterday, but I did receive my Mint email update, so my guess is that when Mint tried to access my USAA accounts yesterday for the email, it locked the account (b/c Mint couldn't answer the additional security prompt.)

Not sure if there's really a way around this except for Mint to develop additional logic around USAA access; even then, I don't even remember what the security questions or answers would be.

HTH,
Scott

I went into USAA.com today and updated all my security questions to see if that might help, and still no luck.

But here's the weird thing: Mint can access and update my USAA Roth account . Same password, userid, and security questions. At this point Mint is pretty useless to me, which is too bad, since I really like it. Ah well.

Yeah, I also have this issue intermittently, but this time reentering my information is not working to restore access... Can you look into this, Mint folks?

Thanks again for a great service and tool!

I went back in and re-checked my security questions, and updated the answers to all lower-case... That seemed to do the trick! I've got my transactions now.

For the past few weeks I've been getting "We could not find your account" from Mint when trying to refresh my USAA Investment account. I've tried removing and re-adding the account several dozen times, and have verified that all of the information is correct. I can sign in to USAA.com and view the account info there just fine. Anyone else with this issue? I contacted support but they were extremely unhelpful and closed my ticket.
