University of Iowa Community Credit Union - Can no longer connect

2. University of Iowa Community Credit Union (www.uiccu.org)
3. Your bank site is down for maintenance.
4. Mint is no longer able to connect to my financial institution. My login information is current and correct. It worked fine before, but now I receive the message "Your bank site is down for maintenance" whenever Mint tries to connect. I am able to log in to my bank account without issue through its website.

I've got the same problem. The only options available are try again which reports the same erroneous error or delete account, which I definitely don't want to do. Any fix?

Unfortunately I had to remove my UICCU account from Mint because it kept locking it (too many failed login attempts). I had to change my UICCU password several times and finally just gave up.

I really enjoyed using Mint but it is useless to me until this is resolved.

I've been getting the same thing from my banks online banking site as well, Virginia Credit Union. It appears both banks use the same banking host as well, www.netit.financial-net.com. Looks like they recently changed something to their code and messed up how Mint authenticates and/or downloads information.

Hello all,
Does anyone else notice if you go to uiccu.org for online banking and try to log in with your login ID that it almost never works? Then it redirects you to the online banking provider's own login screen and it works fine? I think Mint is trying to connect using uiccu.org when it should be using https://www.netit.financial-net.com/uiccu/. Either UICCU needs to fix their frustrating login page or Mint needs to use the more reliable login page. I sent Mint a note about it... I'll let you know what they say.

Ah well I was wrong. The UICCU page is working fine today but Mint still can't connect. Crapola.

I have my IT Department looking into the mint.com issues. They have a couple of ideas already and will try to work directly with them tocorrect those issues.

UICCU fixed Enhanced Auth on CU-Online and now Mint WORKS! Hooray!

I'm having same issues with Virginia Credit union log-in. Mint says "bank site is down for maintenance", but I can log-in when I go to bank website.

I also have two auto loans from VACU that are not being identified by mint either.

Any fixes???
