North Community Bank issues

My bank is North Community Bank and a month ago they changed the web access from www.northcommunitybank.com to https://personal.netbankerplus.com/northcommunitybank/login.aspx now for over a month I can t connect to the bank because the web access address is not updated.
Maby is a good ideea if the users can edit the web address access to the bank to prevent those kind of issues.
