I read that others had this same issue at the following thread:
http://forums.mint.com/showthread.php?t=4105&highlight=volkswagen
I hate having to a start a new thread for this, but it was closed.
I am having the exact same issue...My payoff amount shows up as $0.

Any movement on this issue? I have the same experience - shows $0 for Volkswagen Credit.

Ditto. Unaware why my original thread was closed with no explanation. This worked for a couple days, would be nice to see it working again.
It worked for a couple days showing my total amount left on my loan, then switched to the amount of one payment (I think when my statement was issued) then went to showing $0.00 all the time, although it does give me alerts about my payment being due.

Me too. How come there aren't any mods on this board? It'd be nice to hear that our requests at least aren't falling on deaf ears.

Same problem. I am a mint user, I have a Volkswagen loan, and Mint is increasingly useless for me as it starts to break for all of my accounts..

How about instead of sending us 35 question surveys to figure out how you can make more money, you fix or at least give explanations to common problems with your current user base?

I am new to Mint.com and my VW loan also shows $0. Can this be fixed?

Well the good news is I'm halfway through my Car loan now, so in 18 months I won't even care anymore!

Great thread. No need to beg, we should be thanking you all for your patience. We are making good progress on this and hope to have a fix out shortly.
