CFNC student loan bug

I am having an issue with adding my College Foundation of North Carolina student loan to Mint. It says it's supported, but when I enter my login info it tells me my account seems to be c losed, asks me to press okay and try again, but there's no ok button. Any help?

This doesn't work for me either. There are two results that pop up, one under "Investments" as "College Foundation of North Carolina" and one under "Loans" as "College Foundation of North Carolina - Loan". When I try my login information with the first one, I get the error that says "account has been closed". When I try my login info with the second one, I get the "incorrect username/password" error. My login info works just fine on cfnc.org.

Please fix this!

We are aware of this issue with College Foundation of North Carolina - Loan. We are addressing this now. Thanks for reporting this issue. We hope to have this resolved soon.

This bug is affecting me as well. While I hate to give the mint developers an easy out, the bill paying portion of the cfnc website tends to be down a lot and while I am sure mint.com probably uses some completely different API to get at the information that it needs the fault may not be with mint.

I decided to test my cfnc account on mint again, re-entered my login credentials and to my surprise it worked! Pulled in all of the loans! Thanks mint!
