Why Doesn't Kay Jewelers Work on Mint?

Yesterday I signed up for mint.com and been trying to add my Kay Jewelers account and I keep getting an error message stating, We're having issues right now, Trying again in a bit later should do the trick!

So, when is a bit later ... I tryed about 5-times yesterday and 3-times today. All help is appreciated!
