Pica Credit Union

I am not 100% sure this is the place for my request, please move it (if needed).

I have two accounts (checking and savings) on my Mint account for Picatinny Federal Credit Union. They both login and update the totals perfectly. However they do not update the list of transactions. For each account (checking/savings) the transaction log is blank. I am wondering if it is possible to get the transaction feature of Mint to retrieve the transactions from those accounts.

Also I have credit card through Picatinny Federal Credit Union but Mint.com does not have it listed. I rarely use the credit card, but it would be nice to be able to list it with my other accounts. If it helps the website to login to the card itself is https://www.ezcardinfo.com/ (although you can view the total on picacreditunion.com).

Mint.com lists the credit union as listed below:

any word on this yet? I don't want to have to change banks to get transaction history in Mint.
