Wachovia Securities - no transactions

It looks like Mint is automatically classifying my Wachovia account as an investment account only and therefore not pulling any transactions. This is not a correct assumption since this is my main bank account with most of my expenses. Is there a way to re-classify an account type, or why doesn't Mint pull the transactions? Without visibility to transactions on this account Mint becomes obsolete for me.
