I would suggest the following for investments which to me and many more particularly with 401K accounts is mutual funds
-Provide adding and tracking transactions, so the loss & gain across different investment are also tracked.
-Combine multiple accounts for a single view.
-Custom columns such as 5 year returns, manager tenure, etc.
-Add a watchlist\manual account, this can be 50% S&P500, 50% International as a standard index
-Comparison graph against watchlist or other indices such as Russell 2000.
