I agree! I also have an account that I'd like to add with them. In fact, it's quite an important account because it's for 90% of my student loan.

I'm missing out, by not being able to add it.

I third loan to learn. Although, their site REALLY REALLY stinks. Another suggestion is to setup a custom loan. For instance, maybe type in the terms such as origination date, interest rate (if fixed I guess), monthly payment, etc. For instance I have an Auto loan through M&T Bank, but I don't have an account there. Well, they do not have online access so I cannot see my auto loan.
