HSBC direct accounts not working?

HSBC direct accounts are still not working for me. Which is funny, because it was working when I first created my Mint account.

It says my user name and password are incorrect, which they are not. I've tested and re-typed them 5 times now.

Please help!

Stopped working for me too. This is really getting annoying. It works for a week or two, and then everything just stops.
