I can not seem to get access to my DCCU account via mint.com. I've tried re-setting my password. I've tried accessing my other accounts with the bank, but nothing seems to be working. I even searched this forum, still no luck. Thanks for all you assistance.

I had to get DECU to reset all my account questions. Then I wrote the questions all down so I got them right when I entered them in Mint. It worked.

We are seeing a pretty high fail rate for Delta Community Credit Union - Credit Card account types. We are escalating this issue. We will post here when we have an update to share. Thanks for your patience while we sort this out.

Thanks for the response. I have several Delta Emp who are anxious to get access to their credit cards. How does the update priority process work? Should we flood the forum with requests (squeaky wheel)or will a minimum number of requests get the same consideration. Great product by the way.

After a week or more of trying to connect to the Delta Community Credit Union - Credit card I finally got in. Both my wife and I have CC at the DECU. I had reset her security questions and therefore was able to connect using the account #, password and 6 questions. I had not reset my questions and therefore used my account #, password and answered 5 of 6 questions and still got in!

Thanks Stephen and staff of Mint. Now all my accounts are visible.
Wish list:
1. Split transactions and modify date. I would like to spilt my home insurance (paid yearly in Feb)into 12 separate transactions (one per month) to even out my monthly budget.
2. I would like to add a transaction not listed in any of my accounts.
3. I would like to import older transactions from my accounts (Dec-jan)

Thanks Stephen. Just wondering if there was an update on DCU? It seems like Rick was sucessful. I was able to get my DCU savings account added but it can't connect to my DCU mortgage. I don't if the issues are related. It connects but doesn't authenticate. I then get "We’re having temporary problems adding your account.
Trying again a bit later should do the trick." I've been trying for a few days now. Any help would be appreciative.
