Affiliated Computer Services - ACS

I have two student loans serviced by ACS. One is a federal consolidation, and the other is a private consolidation. When I add my account only the federal loan shows up. Is there a way to add multiple account numbers for one log in? When I log in I have to click if I want my FFEL or my Private loan account. Account numbers are the same except for the suffix, -1 and -2. Any ideas?

I don't have an answer, but would like one too. I have three loans with ACS, but only one gets pulled into Mint, though also having the same login info.

When I search ACS that's the only thing that comes up. I can't seem to add my ACS loans though.

I tried to add my student loan account on acs-education.com . However they must've been bought out by Wachovia because when I try to add ACS it comes up as Wachovia ACS Education Services. The problem is that the website it tries to pull it from is www.wachovia.com and it should pull from www.acs-education.com. Can you please fix this??????
