View Full Version : First Banker's Trust login does not work

Hello,

I've tried for several days to add my First Banker's Trust checking account to Mint to no avail. I 100% know my login information - the problem seems to be that First Banker's Trust's website also asks several security questions that Mint doesn't account for at all.

(I contacted support about this problem earlier, but received no response other than the automated email)

Should I watch for a reply to this issue here in this forum thread, or via email? I've emailed support twice, and never received any response.

Can *anyone* from Mint respond? :mad:

A "Jill Bartolome" emailed me August 22 and requested I sent back the information requested. The subject line mentioned "Case 00065793."

Can I assume something is being done? Getting *very* frustrated at the lack of support.

The lack of support here sickens me. I will be deleting my mint.com account this week if I hear no official response from mint regarding this problem. This is absolutely ridiculous - no responses in the support forum, no replies to email request for updates, nothing.

Ha. After seeing that Mint left "beta" status and recently released an iPhone app, I thought that perhaps things had improved here. I reopened my account, and immediately tried adding my First Banker's Trust account.

It didn't work. Big surprise.

FIVE MONTHS LATER, I still cannot add this bank. And ZERO replies to this thread. ZERO assistance from customer support.

Sorry about the children in this thread throwing temper tantrums about not getting enough hand-holding with their free service.

Anyway.

I'm not able to add Banker's Trust either. I enter my user/pass, wait, then enter the three security questions. After a long wait there is just the message "temporary issue connecting."

I'd love to be able to add Banker's Trust. Any help would be great. Thanks!

UPDATE: Wrong Bank! Sorry, I'm trying to add THIS Banker's Trust https://bankerstrust.com
