Can't Update My Accounts

Not one of my 4 accounts will update. I've been trying for days. I know the passwords are fine because I can log onto the sites directly. The message I get is "This Seems to be taking too long". Any ideas?

I've had the exact same problem with all my accounts. And those accounts are all over the place. Bank, mortgage company, car loan, student loans, everything times out.

We had a short outage this morning....everything should be operating normally at this time.
