I've been trying without success to add an account for my loans at College Foundation of North Carolina (cfnc.org) for the past couple of days. I can log in to the site itself just fine and view my loan information, so I think this is a problem on mint.com's side (although it claims otherwise). Is anyone else experiencing similar problems?

I can log onto CFNC's website no problem, but when I try to add the account it tells me that my account has been closed (I wish!). Anyone have any tips??

I am having the exact same problem as well. I think the problem might be that they will have to program this feature to click on "My CFNC" and then click on "My Loan Status".
The error message says that my account has been closed. I wish!

yes, i'm having the same problem with my cfnc accounts showing up as closed.
i suspect it's because several of the accounts ARE closed, having been consolidated into two loans (one subsidized and one not).

This still isn't working. In fact, it's never worked for me. Is there anyone that is does work for?
Presumably fixing this would just involve updating how the data miner grabs account information... how hard can that be? Paging mint.com staffers...

I can't add either. I tried both ways one with "can't find account", one with "wrong login info"

This doesn't work for me either. There are two results that pop up, one under "Investments" as "College Foundation of North Carolina" and one under "Loans" as "College Foundation of North Carolina - Loan". When I try my login information with the first one, I get the error that says "account has been closed". When I try my login info with the second one, I get the "incorrect username/password" error. My login info works just fine on cfnc.org.
Please fix this!

Yeah, CFNC is not working for me either.
Sure would be nice if Mint would fix it.

I decided to test my cfnc account on mint again, re-entered my login credentials and to my surprise it worked! Pulled in all of the loans! Thanks mint!
