Problem with accounts: Countrywide Home Loans

Was working last week, now it's not. Suggested I check the website and update questions, which I did, but still not working. I was pleased early on with Mint, but since I can't add my ING direct investment account, and now my home loan isn't registering, this site has more problems than it's worth. Cool concept, poor service.

I was pleased early on with Mint, but since I can't add my ING direct investment account, and now my home loan isn't registering, this site has more problems than it's worth. Does anyone know if this has been fixed yet. Am having a problem with this account and my Citizens Bank Account. I can go on them with the same username and password as I use for Mint.com and I am sick of answering those stupid questions.
