Getting no updates

Since starting my mint account, it never downloaded the correct information from my bank account. Also, every time I use my debit card it will update on my banks website but not mint. I'm not really sure what to do here because my only option seems to be to press the update button and hope for the best.

Now it seems that it is updating, but not with my information. I'm not really sure what is going on here, but mint isn't working at all for me. Is it better to submit a ticket somewhere, or post here?
