Mint.com does not allow me to add this account with any of The Hartford's options. Can you please add the following:
Hartford Retirement Access

Similar problem, I am able to successfully login to:
thehartford.com/retirementplans/access
but when I add this account to Mint (after searching for thehartford.com and trying each of the 5 options), the account is not recognized.
Thanks in advance for the assistance,

I don't know if it's exactly the same issue, but I am repeatedly getting the "We're having issues right now. Trying again later should do the trick." message when trying to add my Hartford Retirement account.
I have been having trouble logging in as well, but my site address is different. It is http://www.thehartford.com/myretirementsite. Looks like mint only uses hartford.com. Please advise.

Did you ever get this fixed? I have the same issue.
Thanks

Same issue. My site is http://retire.hartfordlife.com
Won't work with mint.
DISREGARD: I had to make sure to choose "Hartford Retirement Plans" versus "Hartford Retirement Plan Participants."

Hartford was working for me, but now though Mint still finds my accounts, they all show zero balance. What gives?
Thanks,
Adam

Sorry to beat a dead horse. Has there been a resolution for this issue?
Thanks!
