Hello,
I have an auto loan and mortgage at MSUFCU, which aren't working yet. I believe these accounts need question/answer support to work.

If it's any help, I was able to get MSUFCU to work as a savings account in Mint because I was able to enter responses to the security questions.

Thank you!

MSUFCU worked "out of the box" for all of my checking accounts; Mint still doesn't see my MSUFCU credit card, though, which shows up on the MSUFCU website as "a loan."

An email to customer service got this reply, which I think applies to your case as well. It seems that the answer is "Not our fault, and we can't personally fix it." Kind of sucks, but I understand the position Mint is in (as a service-providing broker for several service providers).
================================================== ==
While Mint's provider does a solid job at capturing many account types for many financial institutions, there will be times when one or the other may not be supported from the single login. We're gathering data on this information & will attempt to get them added via our provider. Mint can't provide an ETA for this, unfortunately, and we don't know if we will be able to resolve it with your particular bank.

Here's how to spot this issue:
1. Do a search for your financial institution on our site.
2. If the search results yields (bank name) only, this means only the banking option is supported at this time (not credit card or investment accounts).
3. If the search yields multiple results, such as (bank name), (bank name-credit card), or (bank name-investments), this means that we support the banking, credit card & investment account options for this bank.

Same here, it doesn't recognize my credit card. I wish we could petition to get them to support it!

Yeah, I gave up and just got a Schwab credit card instead.
When the website you dig doesn't support your bank, find a different bank, of course*! (* note: probably bad for your credit score.)

GO GREEN!

I guess we'll just have to wait. Hopefully their provider will have support for your MSUFCU credit cards and my MSUFCU auto loan and mortgage soon.
