Hi,
I'm glad to see that Firstmark Services support is at least on the way. However, when I click that link you provided, I get redirected to Mint.com.
Am I supposed to be able to add a beta account through that link?
Is there any way that users can opt-in to beta services such as unsupported accounts and the Investments feature?

I'm a software dev for one of the largest IP companies in the world, and with a service as fantastic as Mint, I'd at least like to provide bug reports :)

How do you access the beta banks? What's the status on Firstmark? I realize people are busy maintaining the site and adding features but I've noticed a lot of people have problems with the black hole on these forums. Suggestions go in and nothing comes out. It would be nice if someone took 30 seconds to give an ETA or at least acknowledge that this feature is not being added.

Major bummer. I love Mint, but honestly, the way they ignore these forums makes me want to leave their service.

I wonder what you have to do to get an answer from a CSR around here? Maybe try reporting this thread, or email customer support about it?

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, going Accounts->Search->"Firstmark" does not bring up any results for "Firstmark Services", only "Firstmark Credit Union" and "First Market Bank", neither of which are the correct provider, e.g. nothing has changed from the last ~6 months.
Where can we find this provider?

I concur. Searching either Firstmark Services or www.firstmarkservices.com results in "Sorry! We couldn’t find any banks from your search."

It sure would be nice to get our student loans listed. It's hard to get a complete financial picture without them.

It looks like we have a different bug going on here. I'm sorry for the frustration. I will track this down and post here when I have an update. Again, our apologies for the frustration.

I can now see Firstmark Services in my list of accounts. However, when I try to add the account, it doesn't not get past the authentication phase.

Same here, I can now add Firstmark Services - Student Loan to my accounts. It then reports a "Temporary issue connecting".

Ditto. It's nice to see Firstmark Services finally in the list, but I also get the "Temporary issue connecting" error whenever I add my account.

I added Firstmark last week and it never logged in. Today I noticed it had logged in! So it appears to be working, at least for me.

I just tried to connect to Firstmark Services and I am still unable to connect. I removed and added the institution again and still nothing.

I don't know if this makes a differences or not, but when I click on the web link for Firstmark, it doesn't bring me to the Firstmark page. Rather, I am brought to a Mint Internal Error page. This is the URL that I am bought to: https://wwws.mint.com/www.firstmarkservices.com

I'm having the same problem with Firstmark Services LLC as of April 15, 2009. Though I see the account and can "add" it, Mint is never able to connect or get past the "authenticating" stage. Would love to see this fixed.

Just today, my Firstmark loans were imported into Mint. It looks as if the problem has been resolved for me. Thanks for adding this account!
