I'm pretty sure it will work if you put in Nissan instead of Infinity. They are both NMAC and use the same login system. Try it...just fyi though, we are currently waiting on a bug fix as all loans are at $0...I wish.
yea . . . it worked using nissan. But I have $0 as loan amount as well~~ woohoo~~

I tried nissan and the new infiniti loan choice and got "we're having issues right now, please try again later." I have tried these for the last few days and always get the same messages. I would be happy to at least be able to login and see the 0 balance that everyone else is getting.

That is concerning :( Did you submit a bug? Just to see if that is the issue?

Bugged this, emailed and posted and no fix and now Nissan is broken also. Showing 0 balance.
Nissan worked for me for a while (2 weeks?) and now it is back to 0. Bump!

Unreal that the first post of this thread was july 08 and they still wont fix this problem.
This is clearly an example of a free service.
Horrible customer support. Over 5 bug reports, over 5 emails, and lots of promises by mint. Still no fix. I can pull the balance up manually easily the same way I could in oct of last year. Hire a programmer and get this fixed.
