I searched but wasn't able to find anything on Nissan or NMAC. I have my auto loan through Nissan (NMAC) and was wondering if you could look into adding this. I figure it is one of the large auto manufacturers so I'm sure lots of people have their loans through them. Thanks!

I filed a bug today because this should be appearing as an option on the site.

Thanks Damon :) I thought something was up when Nissan wasn't there :/

Awesome. I was also searching for Nissan and NMAC a couple days ago. Thanks Damon, and thanks Lonesome for bringing that up.

Hi, I added my Nissan Loan today, but it says that my balance is $0...even though it should be about $10,000...any ideas?

Yeah, I'm having the same issue where it shows my balance to be $0. Is this still being worked on? I know the Nissan Finance site is pretty complex so I could imagine this may be a difficult bug to fix. I appreciate the progress because before there wasn't a Nissan Finance at all. Thanks for any help.

Same issue here. Any input Damon?

Thanks!

Please file the bug via the contact us channel, include the email address of the account & then mention that balances aren't downloading.

Are any error messages appearing?

Done. I received a reply saying that a bug has been filed with Yodlee. Just to keep everyone updated.

I will bug this via the e-mail but thought to post also. When using either Nissan or Infiniti I can log directly into their websites but cannot use mint as I get "we're having issues right now, please try again later." I have tried these for the last few days and always get the same messages. I would be happy to at least be able to login and see the 0 balance that everyone else is getting.

Same, thanks :)

Nissan works but Infiniti does not. If they are the same login and same info can you make the same changes to it as you did to make Nissan work? Should be a quick easy fix to duplicate the steps.

The subject says it all. The nissan loan stopped working a few days ago. It reports a 0 balance.

The Infiniti loan still wont even take the username and password correctly. Its the same username and password as Nissan.

A fix would be greatly appreciated.

9 days and counting. No response to this forum post. No response to the other forum post regarding a similar issue. No response to the support e-mail address.

Come on Mint. I know you are a free service but you really need to hire some support people and some programmers to keep things actually working like advertised.

Infiniti loan has never worked but Nissan has and they are the same login. Nissan now shows a zero balance. You guys would be better off shutting Mint down then having all these problems and taking a month to fix or more and barely responding to customer issues.

It worked for a bit but is now back to $0.

A loan is a type of debt. This article focuses exclusively on monetary loans, although, in practice, any material object might be lent. Like all debt instruments, a loan entails the redistribution of financial assets over time, between the lender and the borrower.

I too have the 0$ amount, it could be that the Nissan/Infiniti updated their site and the parameters that were used to access the accounts before have changed and now return a 0.

I just signed up for Mint.com today, and my Nissan loan is the only institution that I'm having trouble with. I filled in all the info, but it is still reporting that I owe $0 (I wish!) though it is telling me I have a payment due on the 15th.

Don't get your hopes up. Its been broken since Aug. of last year with 0 balance and occasionally not even that.

Unreal that the first post of this thread was Oct. of 08 and they still wont fix this problem.

This is clearly an example of a free service.

Horrible customer support. Over 5 bug reports, over 5 emails, and lots of promises by mint. Still no fix. I can pull the balance up manually easily the same way I could in oct of last year. Hire a programmer and get this fixed.

Unreal.

I know at some point it was showing my loan balance and I was stoked that it seemed fixed. Then it went back to showing a $0 balance again which it still currently shows. Did that happen because Nissan changed their website? I'm just wondering if this is even a possible fix and should we continue to hope? Or should we just delete this account?

I know this service with Mint.com is free and we shouldn't expect expedient service, but the thing is that was recommending it to a lot of people because I was very excited about this service, but I've stopped recommending it to anyone because I don't want to recommend something that doesn't work for them either.

Hi Minters,

We have known the issue with zero balance loans. We're trying to fundamentally change how we get the data for most auto loan sites. Their payoff amount structures are not standardized and addressing all of them requires manual effort. We know this is frustrating.

Our apologies.

It would be nice to know when this is fixed. Securian is finally working properly, which is excellent - now this is the only thing holding me back from having my financial portrait 100% online and visible!

I read this and got VERY excited. Unfortunately, it was too soon to do so - I re-set up my Nissan account and I still have a $0 balance, so it appears it's still not working. Thanks for the update though - looking forward to hearing back from you when you guys have another resolution in place!

I just registered and added nissan finance. The balance shows as zero and I know it is not zero. When I look for nissan finance it says that the URL is nissanusa.com and I know that the corect URL is nissanfinance.com

My account is showing the same balance month to month as well. Is Nissan trying to screw up the information coming in? Why is it that Yodlee has correct information and Mint cannot pull the balance?
