It's depressing to see my net worth deep in the negative because of my mortgage... without the value of my home to offset it. What if I could identify my home on zillow, and mint could bring in the zillow estimate?

Hi,

Mint will be figuring out a solution for this issue over the next few weeks.

Any update on this, Mint?

Thanks...

bump, looking for the same functionality. i'd say your biggest competitor right now is Bank of America's "My Portfolio" which is the exact same as this, except it integrates Zillow for Zestimates. It also integrates Frequent Flier Miles and rewards like that. It'd be nice if you could somehow integrate Thankyou.com as well, since most of us have Citibank I think.

I like the functionality of networthIQ as a possible model

In one of the last posts, there was some indication that Zillow would be added to mint links. What is the progress on this?

Bump...

The last 'Mint' post was from July...

Considering the time frame, is there still a plan to import some from of net worth improvements? Would it not be fairly 'easy' to partner up with Zillow.com and utilize their values? It would lend a much needed net worth import as well as lend 'credence' to their (Zillow's) site...

New User - First Post.

I did a search as I too want to see my Net Worth updated regularly. Zillow integration is a no-brainer.

I've done some searches on this forum and I seem to be finding some common complaints that there are deficiencies that aren't being addressed. Perhaps this site just isn't there yet and I should look elsewhere for a site that can offer what I'm looking for. :(

While Mint has several areas for improvement including functionality and customer service, I've found it to be one of the best free website service avilable. I've look at Yodlee, Quick-online, rudder, expensr, wesabe and others and they lack the complete functionality that Mint has in there product. Yodlee I think is the product closest to Mint.com. If you review there forums they all have similiar complaints.

I would love Mint.com to add manual accounts so that they can complete the loop on net worth calcualtions. One of the manual accounts should be for real estate. The option of using Zilllow on a real estate account similiar to Yodlee would be great. It would also be nice to over ride zillow with your own estimate. Zillow does not have vaule for all locations and sometimes the numbers are not realistic.

You know, I would LOVE to see an integration with kbb.com (Kelly Blue Book) so the value of my cars are included and automatically updated. I own two cars free and clear worth well over $20,000, and that should be taken into account when calculating my net worth.

Also, the integration with zillow is key, as is the ability to create manual assets/debts. Lots of people may have a valuable collection or a loan from their parents.

For the day-to-day transactions, Mint is great and I wouldn't think of using anything else. But when it says that my net worth is very very negative, it's just plain WRONG.

Any update from Mint.com on this to include Zillow as an account? The addition of assets, especially a house, is great when you have a giant mortgage as an account and it shows you have a big negative net worth. EEEEK!

Also, the idea of adding the cars as well is a nice idea. Zillow might show when car maintenance purchases from AutoZone or Pep Boys or Car Dealerships exceeds the value of the car or cars.

For the car i was think comparing to the Kelly Blue Book value for used cars
