I try to log in to AES on Mint and it says my password is wrong. I have been able to log in to aessuccess.org without problems the entire time. Can someone please fix this bug? Thanks.

Have now written customer service about this with no response. Does this company (Mint) even exist anymore?

I had the same problem. Here's how to fix it. Go into your aessuccess account, and look at the box at right that says "Account Profile". Click "Update Information."
On the screen that comes up, click on the "Password and Login" tab. You'll see in the box a section called "Your Challenge Questions." You have to find those three questions in the Mint login page for AES and answer them - and only those three questions - if you use other questions, you'll get the error message.
Hope that helps.

Eagle14 - thanks for posting your help! Of course, it made complete sense... I was answering (on mint.com) one of the wrong questions!

Mint.com isn't cooperating with my AES account either. Shame; I was going to recommend Mint to all my friends back at school, but now I can't considering we all have loans through AES.
It would be great to have some developer feedback from Mint on what the situation is here; repeated Googling and forum searches yield no firm answers or solutions that have worked for the majority of people.

I tried adding AES/PHEAA as a new account in Mint, but it only asks me for the username/password, not the security questions. I can't find a way to reset the hints for the existing questions either :( Any idea how this can be triggered?

I have been trying to add all of my student loan accounts to my mint account tonight, but the only one I have gotten to work has been my federal loan. No Citibank, No Chase (through AES or CSL). This is such a pain. Mint came out months ago saying they now support student loans, but apparently that's not really the case since none of the major companies are supported!
