I noticed this copy on the Graduate Leverage Site: "If you have logged into Graduate Leverage in the past with your Social Security number click here to create a personalized Username and Password."
Curious, are you all using SSN or usernames?

Aaron, their site changed several months ago. You used to use your SSN to log in. I think they figured that wasn't the best idea so they now have you create usernames with passwords. That's what I've been putting into Mint, to no avail.
Thanks so much for looking into this! I just wanted to get the word out that you're supporting Grad Leverage and see if anyone else is having the same problem I am.
Also can't get graduate leverage to work. The login and password work to log in to their site but won't work on mint.

Mae, is anything going on with this? Weeks ago you asked me to keep my grad leverage account open so that Yodlee could figure it out. Now I haven't heard anything in weeks...it's the last piece of my finances that I'd like to be able to add to mint, so it's a little frustrating to have it be "supported" for two months without anything actually working. Thanks

Doesn't seem to work for me. Just keep getting "We’re having issues right now
Trying again a bit later should do the trick!"
I would love to see this one work! Then all my finances would be on Mint!

...I am also having problems getting Graduate Leverage to work. I will leave the account on my login and submit a service request through the site. This is the only account that I don't have on mint, you guys are awesome! :)
not working for me either.......

It's not working for us either. It says it needs more information, but when we click on the "Okay" button, it references something to do with BofA, but there's no place to include "more information." That's particularly odd because we don't have a BofA account.
The error for Graduate Leverage as changed. Before it would say "oops please try again later." Now it says that more information is needed, and when I click Okay I get the same error referencing BofA as noted above.

Could you please provide some info on progress with Graduate Leverage? I've been waiting for months, it finally worked and now it doesn't.
It seems like getting Graduate Leverage working is taking a very long time...
