Changing or deleting old budget.

With the new budget functionality (the calendar component of it) that lets you go back and see your past budgets, I am seeing a budget set up for two months ago that is simply just junk categories and leftovers from the older budget tool that I would like to be able to edit or remove.

Will it be possible to change/update or remove old budgets from the list?
