I'd also really like if Wachovia Dealer Services was added. I wrote my own "API" to access my loan info and make payments, but integration into Mint is the one piece I'm missing.
Count me in as another person who'd like this added

Hi Mint,
Any word on Wachovia Dealer Services? At least a reply that it's being looked at? This is the last thing I still need Mint to support...and judging by the number of responses to this thread, I'm not alone.

Thanks, Mint! My net worth number took a hit, but I guess that's how it's supposed to work...no fair blaming you for that.

I still cannot connect to my Wachovia Dealer Services account. I have provided all the information, called Wachovia, and I still can't get my information into Mint. Wonder what the best way to go about getting some help with this is. Are there any special questions I need to fill out on the Wachovia Side of things?

Got excited when I saw added but trying to add it all I get is a we need more info dialog box. When I log in at wachovia there is nothing to verify. Guess I will try later

I also am receiving the error "We need more info! This bank needs you to verify some details". Not sure which details to verify.

i have the same problem. I called Wachovia and was told (basically)that I should be pleased that Wachovia offers me such a wonderful website to track my car loan and that i was not important enough to speak to a person in any kind of tech unit that might be knowledgeable in my particular area of concern.
When i emailed to complain (as the person i spoke to would not transfer me to anyone), i got a form letter. Classy.
Will make big payment for a while to lower the principal so i can refi with another institution... one that is actually interested in consumer lending. <sigh>

I can't seem to add this account either. Same errors others are having: "More info needed to setup this account"
I am willing to be a guinea pig to help others get this going!
Cheers,

I think Mint has not setup the URL properly for us to be able to login to our Wachovia auto loans. If I am like all of you, I can login fine from the Wachovia site, but Mint cannot. I suspect the problem is if you go to WachoviaDealerServices.com there is no login area there, we need to click to another screen to actually log in. I think this is something Mint has to address.
Please address this, Mint.
I am so looking forward to seeing my net worth drop after my auto loan is added. ;)

I agree with the above poster. Here is the link we use to login for the auto loan.

Hope they figure it out!
Also I called Wachovia tech support and he was like i've never heard of mint.com and they didnt have any previous reports...

I am getting the same "Need more info" error as everyone else. I'm pretty sure it is because Mint does not have the 3 security questions that Wachovia Dealer Services has in my profile.
Mint, here are the security questions you need to add:
What is your pet's name?
What is your mother's maiden name?
What is your favorite city?
What is your favorite sports team?
In which city were you born?
Attached is a pic of the Account update page. Let me know if you need more info.

Another vote here too.
The link should be https://eservices.wachoviadealer.com/ (https://eservices.wachoviadealer.com/) not just www.wachoviadealer.com - that website just spins and spins and never fully loads which is probably the reason it can't validate!

OK, I figured it out today... You have to login to your Dealer Services account and change your statement type to electronic rather than paper. agree to the terms etc. and presto! you'll be in! Seems rather silly, but it must be how mint has there interface setup up...
So save a tree! go to electronic statements and you can then add WDS to your mint accounts!
I am now 100% Minty!!!
