If you find an issue with the site, please do the following:

1. Send an email to feedback@mint.com.
2. Try to bullet what the problem is & try to tell us what you did step-by-step.
3. Advise what page you're seeing the error on.
4. Provide us with the build number shown in the header (top of the page). The build would show something like phl212.

Whenever possible, a screenshot is also very, very helpful as a visual to show product or engineering specifically what the problem is.

A week ago I put all of my accounts in. It was working great for a few days, now it says "Wrong username or password?
Double check your login info and try again" on all but two accounts. The other account says "you have been locked out" and only my american express is left working.

I have contacted customer service with emails twice and received no answers.

Can anyone here help? I don't want to re-enter all of my information again????

this is a deal breaker!

They usually take a few days to get back to you by e-mail. They are super busy.

Cashcow,

We've received your emails. Thank you for alerting Mint to the fact that your username and password is no longer working for the account. Has your bank recently made any changes to their site that require additional information when logging in from a different computer? Did you make any changes to your password? We will roll this information up to product and engineering once we have this information.

Please note: If your bank recently added image verification, it will most certainly affect our ability to connect to your bank.

Additional note: Please don't delete the account because the transactions will be removed (clicking on the "x"). We would also like to advise that these situations are generally temporary (change by the bank, connectivity issue by your provider), so the situation may clear automatically in a few days.

How do I "mark as read" transactions or how do I mark new transactions from old ones. Right now it is just a big list and I do not know which ones I have already looked at and which ones are new.

Hello,

I have problem adding my checking account to mint. My bank is First National Bank of Scotia. When I click on add accounts and specify "first scotia" in the search tab, it asks only for my username. When I type my username, it says contacting the server, establishing a secured connection and...... poof I get the following error
"Wrong username or password? Double check your login info and try again"

When I click on "try again" button, I can see my security questions.... but only for less than a second. It vanishes immediately.

Please Help!!!

Thanks

Hi, I have not been able to long it consistently for several days either. I have been using Mint for a good while, it is generally a fantastic service and they are very responsive to forum posts and reported bugs so I suspect from reading the forum that you are not alone in what you are experiencing. I know it is frustrating but chances are they are working on it as I type this
