Wachovia Bank

My Account has not been able to connect to Wachovia Bank for several days now. My retirement account that is with Wachovia comes through, but not the checking and savings. Has there been any reported instances where banks are restricting Mint from accessing their customer's information? Just curious to know, because I would happily complain to my bank and or leave them.:mad: Great product.

How did you get 401k to work...I have tried but it will not allow me...I have my checking and savings, but 401k and Mortgage will not...?

Ahhh, I discovered what the issue was...if I go to the Accounts tab and try to create my mortgage or 401k accounts it is using the wrong account template to try and get my information. I found that I had to do a Search for the account. To do this I went to the Investments tab and selected Add an Account in the right nav bar. This brought up a search field. I typed in Wachovia Mortgage and wallla, it gave me Wachovia Mortgage - Employees. It did the same for my 401k (Wachovia 401k Employees). I am now what the Mint folks call 100% green. I have used this only for one week, but have had no issues, other than an account taking a bit longer than others to pull the information when first logging in...but I can live with that. As this is my first attempt at using a system outside of an Excel spreadsheet with online banking, I am pleased overall. For a Beta this is great. I look forward to the continued development.

Anyone able to add Wachovia Mortgage?

When I try to add mine, it asks for extra info that isn't required on the Wachovia site.
