View Full Version : Chase - "We could not find your account"

Something is up with my Chase account on Mint.
I got an error that my username & password were not correct, so I went to the chase website, and reset them. Upon entering the new username and password into Mint (which work on chase.com), I got the following message:
We could not find your account
Learn more about this error?
Pressing Okay just brings the error back again. I tried deleting the account, and re-adding it, but it refuses to add again, continually giving the "We could not find your account" error (despite the fact that the same credentials work perfect on the real site)

Do you have any idea how to fix this problem or where to look to search for help?
