Forum Time is off

I've got my timezone set to EST, and daylight savings time set to auto, but the time @ the bottom of the forum is still an hour behind.

Could be the server time, or an incorrect time setting in the AdminCP. FYI, as of this post:

All times are GMT -4. The time now is 09:34 PM.

However, it's 10:45 PM EST currently.

Haven't been able to figure this one out. I've got it set properly in the admin tools.

I'd check the server's time setting then (I staff a couple of vB forums myself).

Believe I've checked that as well...but I will check with IT...if not, I guess we're all on time zones in some other country;-)
