I just signed up with Mint the other day. I added 3 accounts with different institutions. Mint apparently found them OK--all 3 logos are showing up. However, I keep getting "establishing secure connection" and then "try again" on all accounts. I've tried many times, and never once gotten past this point with any accounts. I've tried with two different browsers (Safari and Firefox on Mac).

Also, I always have to click on "try again" 3 times before anything happens (progress bar appears).

I've sent a message to Mint a couple days ago--no word back. I also looked at the announcements forum and didn't see anything on this.

Any thoughts? Is Mint too buggy at this point to get involved with?

thanks

We're still digging out of a hole last week (lots of press coverage= lots of contacts).

Generally speaking, the issues may be temporary & re-adding the accounts may return a better result.

Yes, hitting cancel and starting over worked. I kept hitting "try again," which didn't work even after logging out, using a different browswer, and waiting a day.
