I would imagine English-speaking countries would be first (Canada, UK, Australia). Going international, however, means dealing with things like currency conversion & making sure we are compliant with the laws in that country. I can't personally see international happening for at least a year.

I wouldn't so much say patiently. Personally, I'm chomping at the bit to use this service. Everything I've heard and seen tells me this is exactly what I've been waiting for.
