Duplicate Transactions - Help

I just set up Mint and in genera it is great and will very useful. However this issue will prevent it from doing so

1. I wanted to add my wife's checkign account too to get a full picture of our family spending, she added her accounts (entering her login and password)

the issue is that our joint accounts show both on her login and mine and hence appear twice. I marked them closed on one of the 2 entries for that bank - but somehow there are many duplicate transactions

How can this be fixed? Note that I do not want to exclude all her accounts just certain, is there a way to tell Mint which accounts from a bank to import and which not to at set-up (I am thinking I can erase her and then set them up again but prevent import the new time)

Another issue is that the credit card payments appear twice, once in the checking account and one in the credit card one, further since the spend is categorized on the card we should not even count the transfers as they are not additional spend just moving money from one place to other

How can I fix this issues so I can make Mint work for me

Duplicates may actually drop off after a little bit. If not, we're working on building a feature that will allow customers to do a full delete (probably the next release).
