Wrong sign on transactions

Hi,

Has anyone experienced their spending transactions come through with a positive number and their payments come through with a negative number?

All was going well for a month or so, and all of a sudden my credit card transactions started coming through as "credit card payments".

That happened to me lately. I couldn't figure out how my budgets were suddenly in the negative.

Is this with FIA? If so, this is an open bug that we're trying to resolve with our provider.

It was FIA, and the problem seems to have resolved.

BUT, how do I go about reversing the transactions that came through the wrong way before the problem was corrected?

I'm getting a Visa credit/refund on a purchase appearing to be minus money instead of adding the money back. This is a debit card on a checking account with Twinstar CU.
