My balance is 0- which is wrong

I just joined Mint and have connected successfully to the bank- it has downloaded transactions and everything but it is not showing any balance- it just says 0...
how do I fix it???

I am having the same problem with a loan account. For my ACS Loans, there is a balance of about $23k in loans, but it is coming up as $0.00. As much as I would love this to be the case, it is off. Any ideas?

I'm having the same thing happen. I have been using Mint for about 2 weeks and love it. It's downloaded all of my transactions, and until a few days ago everything was fine. Now, however, one of my banks continues to show a $0 balance on all of the accounts there (where it was previously correct). I've given it a few days, thinking it would correct itself, but no luck so far. Any suggestions of how to get it to show the correct balance?

I'm having the same problem with an auto loan... It should show something like -$14k, but it just shows $0.

Was anyone able to get a resolution for this?

btw, to the makers of Mint.com... Mint.com = Genius. I've been using it for about a month now after using Quicken for 7 years, and I don't miss Quicken at all.

I'm having the same problem now. For the first month, my bank account balance was fine. Then it suddenly started reporting a $0 even though I've updated numerous times over the last couple of weeks.

I submitted this issue to Mint last week and got a response yesterday, saying that the issue with my bank had been resolved. But it actually is still the same. I'm not sure what's happening.

I'm not having the problem. Is this the same institution or is it random? Is it all accounts for the institution or do you have it were some of the accounts a accurate?

I just checked and it's still not corrected on mine. I have several institutions in Mint. All except one are showing the correct balance. This particular one (which has four accounts) is only showing $0 balances for all the accounts at it.
