I filed a help ticket, did what was asked and got a response that says, "A bug has been filed with our provider. I generally try to post form updates in the forums (forums.mint.com;mint announcements) because it may impact more than one customer."

Now I am looking in announcements and can't find anything relevant. Am I stupid, just bad a searching or is there truly nothing there?

Here is my issue...

My bank requires that you put in your user name, then click a button.

It then takes you to another screen where you answer a security question and enter your password.

How do I add this bank? Does anyone else have this issue? How does mint accommodate this?

Thanks in advance!

Bump.

No thoughts anyone? Does this happen with other banks as well?

The issue has to do with the form (our provider is working on it) and I will post an update when I know it has been resolved.

I started using mint.com in January of this year. FNBK (KS) worked great for about a month and then all of a sudden stopped working and has not worked since. I filed a help ticket and was given case number 00216711 on February 21, 2009. I followed up on March 5th and 14th with no response from Mint.com. I love this site but it's pretty useless without my checking account.

Can you please try to re-add your account? The major problem that we are encountering regarding the error banks is the security questions mismatched, make sure you have same set of security questions, these must be identical with your bank site.

I re-added the account and get the same error message: Wrong username or password.

I can log on to their web page with no problem (www.fnbk.com)

My FNBK is not working again. The error message is now: "We’re having difficulty connecting to that account." I have given it 4 days trying each day to re-enter my information. Thank you for your help.

My FNBK account is not working again. The error message again says: "We’re having difficulty connecting to that account." I have given it a week trying each day to re-enter my information. Thank you for your help.

My FNBK account is not working again. The error message again says: "We’re having difficulty connecting to that account." I'm on week two now and I enter my information once a day hoping it will update. It gets stuck on "Establishing secure connection..." for a long period of time then gives me the error above. Thank you for your help.

Like the others, cannot sign on despite making sure the order of the security questions is the same.
